I agree, it's frustrating to have to change condoms while switching between girls. I understand their perspective since it's a health concern, but they should be upfront about this in their advertising, and most of them aren't. Even if the women know each other well and trust one another they still should use a different condom. What if one was with a man the same day and the condom broke and there is possible transmission of a STI/STD? Man, I am giving you some advice as someone who has been polyamorous for many years now with a lot of experience with threesomes. I know of people who were careless and got STIs/STDs as a result. My advice is to take the 30 seconds out of the fun time you’re having to change condoms. Many women find it a turn on when a man cares about their sexual health and the health of others. I know this for fact.

My issue with your comments is that you're intentionally interpreting what I've said in this thread in the most uncharitable way and making hasty conclusions in order to moralize and lecture me.
It's possible to achieve what I’m looking for with the right low-volume providers who trust one another, get tested regularly, and maintain open and honest communication. This approach can be extremely safe from a sexual health standpoint, often healthier than many escort arrangements.
If you check the BBFS thread, in which you were heavily involved, you'll see that I strongly advocate for safe sex, I would never do condomless sex with an escort, and I dont do BBBJ. However, it seems that your comments are primarily aimed at moralizing and taking a moral high ground.
