Another thing I dislike is her "last-minute booking fee." If you ask about an appointment within 48 hours, she adds an extra $250 to her rate. That has to be one of the most absurd practices for an escort.

Rates is valid concern. This is where Menz and Perb greatly differ. Kami is established and sets her own rules, so you have to respect that, but at the same time, people are free to criticize.

For me I don't mind paying more if she's is actually low-volume.

For example, Nicole Vixen is easily the most attractive Vancouver working girl in decades, but her being so high-volume really turns me off. I've seen both. Nicole is far better looking.  Kami's face is not super attractive.  but Kami is way more enthusiastic than Nicole.

That's what has prevented me from booking her. It's a matter of principle, I refuse to pay extra just because I want to schedule within 48 hours of the appointment. I'm a busy person, and most rich men are the same. What's the point of seeing escorts if they aren't convenient?

I'm always surprised by how much escorts tend to market in a way to deter rich men.
