"I met Gabriella, and I would say she fits somewhat of a sexy nerd fantasy. She’s a bit shy but is good in bed. In terms of her body, she actually has a nice figure; she's slim but has a fairly big butt for her frame. It’s more of a bigger, natural shape rather than a tight gym-built one—still nice, but you should expect some sagging and stretch marks. Face wasnt really my type, made her look much older than her listed age. In terms of personality, I'm not sure she and I really clicked, but your mileage may vary.
It seemed like she might have had a bit of an ego, but maybe it was an off day or I was reading into things too much.

True. I haven't seen her as a client, but I've seen her in IRL, and she does appear to look less good facially in real life. It seems her photos are edited to some extent, as the reviewer and other commenters said she looks significantly older in person, and has more blemishes, less symmetry etc.
So whilst its not as important to rate a face out providers face, there is some utility in doing so if the reasoning is explained
