"Recently, you may know our rents have gone up considerably. We have with absorbed them for years, , but recently, they skyrocketed. We will need to nudge up our rates, just a bit, but hope you understand. Effective June 1st"

Anyone know what the new rates are?

just the room fees have gone up ie. instead of $60/hr it's now $70/hr

30 min – $50 45 min – $60 60 min – $70 90 min – $110

each provider has always charged what they wish
