I value and understand your perspective. It's true that many men have a great time with her, but it's evident that a number of us, myself included, feel disappointed. While she may offer quality service, many providers do as well, and poor service is actually uncommon since it doesn't contribute to long-term success.
I'm sure that many "mature" providers find success, but I believe they achieve it by genuinely presenting and marketing themselves as older. They don't mislead men with outdated, edited photos or significantly lie about their age, as Mia does. There's a reason she positions herself as younger, like many providers do, she thinks it will lead to greater success. However, she's at an age where she can no longer convincingly pretend to be younger.
You're right, I shouldn't suggest that she should quit. Instead, I think she should rebrand and market herself more realistically. She ought to take new photos rather than relying on ones from a shoot nearly a decade ago, accurately state her age, or at least limit any exaggeration to under five years, and use less editing.

I also believe that providers who are charging exorbitant rates should be held to a higher standard.

If a provider is charging $200-300 or something in that ballpark, I'm not expecting perfection, I anticipate that they might not look exactly like their photos or that there could be some other disappointments. But sometimes, you end up being pleasantly surprised.
On the other hand, if a provider like Mia is charging $1,000, I expect near perfection. I anticipate that she will not only look like her photos but even better, embodying a universally attractive and youthful appearance. I also expect her to deliver not just a good experience, but one of the best I've ever had. 
Unfortunately for Mia, she does not meet any of those expectations. It appears that her rates are set arbitrarily high, driven by a sense of hubris and delusion.
However, if she had simply set her rates in line with other women of her appearance and age, she probably wouldn’t face much negative feedback, if any.
