1122 - How do you all feel about 1122 as an agency?

They desperately need a website.... I could help with that....

I think their intent is to be as discrete and have as minimal an online footprint as possible, hence the posting and taking down of ads daily, and no permanent website-- or even a proper agency name.  They're obviously doing something right as they've been around for a while and are probably the most consistently highly regarded downtown agency right now.

Where are they the most highly regarded? From Perb reviews do you mean?
