It appears that when you type "coco collective" + agency in Google, Menz comes up first. I am shocked by this, as web guy, that is unheard of for a website to grow so fast in search results.
I said to myself, as a mod I should refrain from posting negative reviews of agencies. But I've changed my mind about this. I think we should improve the industry. So I want to share more about my disappointing experience I had with this agency last year.
I informed them in advance that I would be taking the ferry, which would cost me $200. They replied, text at 9. However, just five minutes before 9, I received a message stating that SP is on her period for the past three days. I asked why I was warned about this last night when I confirmed? Why wait five minutes before 9 when I'm already on the ferry? No apology either. Just a list of other SPs I could potentially book that day.
