I'd say that Islands Finished is the most trustworthy agency on west coast (except for lying about ages), but they are only located in Victoria. There is a big vacuum / void ready to be filled in Vancouver to the first agency that makes client safety/privacy/discretion their #1 priority.

1122 would probably be the best fit id say.

Dollhouse and VME are good too, but they don't really offer 30 minute appointments which Megan does, so those may not be the best options.
