I find many who require deposits are ok with a gift card of their choice
I’ll occasionally pay with Etransfer if I’m comfortable
I refuse to give ID. Not comfortable with that at all. And I don’t have much to lose. I work for myself. I’m not married. Many of my buddies know I partake. A lot of them do too. I do ok but I don’t think I’m wealthy enough to be worth blackmailing. But in regards to ID I won’t do it. It’s a firm no from me. And would be interested in hearing a good argument as to why someone would.

I'm not worth blackmailing either, but you don't know the extent some crackheads and their pimps are willing to go to in order to get what you have. I'm a homeowner with a spouse and kids. Perhaps they think that being able to afford x amount per year on my mortgage might make them think they can blackmail me for half of that (which I wouldn't have sitting around).
