And maybe only allow people with a certain level of access to apply and vote , so you weed out the obvious shill/ simps .

IP addresses dont mean shit, no one can do anything with them, they change constantly, and different people can have the same IP address.

Depending on the information from it. I could probably figure out where it was sent from like your home router or Starbucks, Café, etc.
