I have dated two escorts.
It takes alot of mental power.
During the one relationship, I was permitted to have sex with other women, with the only rule being that I wasn't allowed to spend social time with them or book other escorts. This arrangement seemed reasonable, but I only ended up having sex with one other woman—a one night stand from a bar. However, I did have a few threesomes with my partner and her escort friends.
The other one was completely closed on my end. Needless to say the jealousy ruined that relationship.
You also need to be prepared for them to frequently cancel plans with you and to deal with them constantly texting other guys. I'm not sure if I would do it again, unless the rules were a bit more relaxed on my side. However, I don't think it would work well or feel safe if children were involved. And I do want kids some day.
