Seems to happen a lot where SP works for agency, gains good reputation, then decides to go solo, double rate and half the volume. 
How can we blame the girls for doing this? I'd do the same thing. All the power to you.

From the client's viewpoint, providers often do this when they are nearing the end of their prime or have already surpassed it.
