Interesting Hunter. Thanks for sharing. I already tried to save this thread from derailing yet it falls off again. I agree with your minimal moderating approach. I didn't check Menz all day yesterday and nothing exploded. But I think we do need another mod here. The idea was to have a mods for every section, one for Toronto, one for Montreal, etc. Americanboy is 'absent father' mod for Vancouver, because he is not here everyday. I'd like to have more 'absent father' mods. But there is a danger too, the more mods the more chance for something to go wrong since, they can delete any post, risk of hacking, risk of rouge mod, etc.
