NDA
#1
I have a sizable social media following and a highly public career, so I’m generally considered "locally famous." Because of that, seeing escorts has always felt risky. I’m considering the idea of using NDAs when meeting escorts, does anyone have experience with this? Is it worth it or just a waste of time?

I've had at least half a dozen providers boast about celebrities booking with them during appointments, and then they also post about it on Twitter and other platforms. This makes me doubt that most of them have the discipline or respect to honor an NDA, even if they've signed one.

Waste of time if they have nothing to lose

So like someone who publicly shares their face as an escort or has their name on websites wouldn’t care to break an NDA

Also if they sign a NDA under a fake name and you’ve no way to confirm it they can get away with disclosing your information

Super high end escorts are ok with this, nothing in bc but you can find some in the states or fly some out to you, if you’re rich enough for it.

In Vancouver though don’t bother all of these women are not trust worthy and if they break your NDA the damage is done to you and they have nothing to lose because they’re just full time escorts

Based on what providers have told me, it seems like Jack Black has hired every escort in the city lol

I agree with others that you can't trust an Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in this industry.

There is no legal recourse for you as a man because it's illegal to buy sex. (potentially 5 years in prison for a first time offense). By default, you are in the wrong, you are to blame. The law does not look kindly on johns. The law is still arresting Canadians and seizing their vehicles. London Ontario and Brandon Manitoba are the worst spots. Having her sign an NDA might have the opposite effect your looking for. It might make her more likely to blab to her friends about you.

I think you are better off to not mention your fame. Bring an NDA with you, but only have the escort sign it if she recognizes you, otherwise don't bring it up. Of course, you should never show your ID or any information that can be linked to your real identity. Your phone should always be a burner phone. You should also avoid incall arrangements; instead, rent a hotel room and arrange an outcall. That guarantees you are not recorded on an incall camera.

Additionally, research the escort you want to book — if she has no reviews, you absolutely cannot trust her.

Im in the same boat, though to a lesser degree

You should really talk to your lawyer about using an NDA for an escort. Mind you paying for sex is illegal in canada so whether such a document has standing is another question in itself.

Though imo its a waste of time. For one, most girls flat out refuse to do it. They’d have to give their real name to sign it. The chances of you finding an sp who’s attractive, not a scammer, and willing to sign legal documentation is slim at best. And as others said, these girls cannot be trusted to honour the agreement.

A better option is to use seeking. Most girls there, especially the young hot ones, are broke college students who have more to lose than gain. Its not foolproof but theyre far less likely to out you. The girls are hotter, most provide cip, so its a win win

That's a good point about forcing SPs to use their legal names if they sign one.

With seeking or sugar daddy sites, do you have to upload photos of yourself? I know there are lots of escorts on sugar daddy sites, but will they meet you without seeing photos of you?

Mine are always with a hat or sunglasses, or with face blurred.

Seems like a good question to make a thread about or to ask in one of the sugar dating threads. Or just sign up for a sugar site and find out for yourself.
