Gentleman status is granted to Clients (Registered users) who leave positive reviews or are reputable.

Anybody who has Gentleman status can promote a Client to Gentleman status.

Verified Providers and Verified Agencies can also grant Gentleman status to reputable Clients.

Gentleman can leave 5-star reviews on Verified Providers, Verified Agencies, Unapproved Providers and Unapproved Agencies

Gentlemen have the ability to upload photos.

Gentlemen have access to a private Gentlemen-only forum.


Guests can only view the forum; they cannot post, search, or view members.

Unapproved Providers and Unapproved Agencies: cannot post, message, receive messages or interact whatsoever.

Clients can post on the forum and private message but cannot leave reviews on profiles until they achieve Gentleman status.

Verified Providers have the ability to post, message and interact the same as Gentlemen.

- Can post schedules and upload photos.
- Can rate/comment on Verified or Unapproved profiles.
- Can manage their profiles or hide profile temporarily.
- Access to a private Provider/Agency-only forum.

Verified Agency profiles have all the same privileges as Verified Providers.

Having a Verified Agency does not automatically verify all Unapproved Providers associated with it.
Each provider must complete the verification process individually.

However,

Verified Agency profiles are granted access to all Unapproved Providers in their roster.

Unapproved accounts cannot post or message - this account is just for testing.

Username naming convention will be as follows - agency abbreviation followed by full name, 
For example:

Providers that work at these agencies should be named like this:

Sara@IF
Jessica@COCO
Mel@BOA
etc.


Providers that are independent, name and _underscore or camel case, if only first name, include last 4 digits of number, like this:

Mary_Apple
Trish9977
Sara7233


Usernames can only have letters, numbers, @ -  _

Any Gentleman who receives positive reviews (3 or more stars) from 5 or more unique Verified Providers or Agencies earns the prestigious title of Maverick.

Maverick Voting Power:
A Maverick’s vote carries the weight of two votes, reflecting their credibility and experience within our community. This enhanced influence ensures that their insights are appropriately recognized.

How It Works:
When calculating scores, a Maverick's vote is counted twice, as if two separate votes were cast. Here's an example to illustrate:

Votes and Scores:

    Gentleman 1: votes 3 stars (counts as 1 vote)
    Gentleman 2: votes 3 stars (counts as 1 vote)
    Maverick: votes 5 stars (counts as 2 votes)

Calculating the Total Score:

    Gentleman 1 = 3
    Gentleman 2: = 3
    Maverick: = 10

Total Weighted Score: 3 + 3 + 5 + 5 = 16
Total Votes: 16 / 20 = 4 / 5

Final Rating: 4 Stars

This approach ensures that the influence of our most trusted members is accurately reflected, maintaining the integrity and credibility of our review system.

And last but not least, Premier Providers

Any Verified Provider who receives positive reviews (3 or more stars) from 5 or more unique Gentlemen earns the prestigious title of Premier Provider.

Same as Mavericks - votes count for 2.
